We absolutely loved our stay at Prospect House in Leyburn! The decor of the house was charming and had a touch of old-world elegance, which made us feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully maintained and allowed for easy navigation, even for us senior folks. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the cozy sitting room, surrounded by its warm ambiance. The accessibility of the hotel was also exceptional, with no steep stairs or long corridors to navigate. It was a place that truly catered to the comfort of senior guests like us.
If there were more guests staying, it would have been beneficial to have more than one toilet and shower available. However, with just the four of us, we managed just fine.

We loved staying at this charming cottage in Leyburn! The decoration was lovely, with beautiful antique furniture and cozy touches that made us feel right at home. The general areas of the house were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying our time together. As senior guests, we also appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The layout of the house was senior-friendly, with easy-to-navigate hallways and staircases.
The only thing we would have liked to see improved for a better vacation for senior people was the bathroom situation. With just one toilet and shower, it could be a little challenging if there were more guests staying, especially if there were any mobility issues.

The room at Prospect House in Leyburn was super cozy and inviting. It had a bathroom with both a bath and shower, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. As a guest who enjoys a good soak, this was a major plus for me.
Personally, I found the bathroom with just a shower a bit disappointing. But hey, that's just my opinion.

My friends and I recently stayed at a charming house in a fantastic location. We felt warm and comfortable throughout our stay, as the house was very well equipped. The spaciousness made us feel right at home. The hosts were also incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Although we were a group of four, we managed fine with just one toilet and shower. It was a little awkward at times, but the rest of the house more than made up for it.

The bathroom with a bath or shower was absolutely amazing! I could relax in the tub after a long day of exploring the beautiful town. It felt like a mini spa, just what I needed as a tired tourist.
I personally preferred the bathroom with a shower. But hey, some people might enjoy a nice relaxing bath!
